I have been a patient of Dr Smart several years. The effort he puts out is astounding! Dr Smart always calls personally with test results. His staff is also very professional. If you want good quality Healthcare, this is the place to go.

Dr Smart has been absolutely amazing in my care. He is very quiet and soft spoken. Listens carefully to everything that you say and then explains everything in a way that you can easily understand. You can tell that he really cares about his patients b/c he personally calls you when you have lab work done and goes over it with you. I don't know of any other dr that does that type of personal care !! I highly recommend him and I know several people who say the same !!
